The funnier part is how most of the people who could vote freely without harassment or unrealistic tests couldn’t pass this test either. Thank you for sharing.

That is true. They gave the list to some Stanford students and they could not pass it.

It is quite interesting that there is no list of "correct" answers provided, because this actually didn't matter at all. They would simply declare hat you had failed regardless of how you answered.

have any of these tests been authenticated? I've seen this Louisiana test on various websites, but I haven't seen an original with a verified provenance. It seems almost too perfect, with the sinister warning that missing even one question would flunk you. Especially when you campare it to others from Alabama that are way easier, you ask yourself why wouldn't Alabama go to the lenghts Louisiana did? Apparently the Alabama test was hard enough to accomplish its goal, so why invest so much effort in making a test so much easier to challenge in court? I'd really like to see a better verified example, like from a museum or a research institution.
