This runway show feels like a winter dream world which exists inside a "SNOWGLOBE" and Virgil is just shaking it constantly (therefore the constant falling movement of the models) in order to explore all the details and whats inside the little houses (pushing and disrupting the fashion world). This collection was a great example of Virgil’s perspective of reality. It was child-like dream state, but in the mind of an adult. I always say that human life is like a wave. There is always an up & down, a positive and negative. He described that perfectly, especially with the dancers going up and down the staircase in the beginning and the dancers falling down throughout the show. I think that portrayed Virgil going up the staircase of heaven, showing that chasing your dreams is about creating a balance of the ups and downs. Having no limits. I can also push it too say that now that Virgil is unfortunately gone in this life, this collection may show how death is an ‘eternal dream state’ where Virgil now lies.

This is the perfect example for me how fashion shows have become their own unique form of art. The coreography, music, stage design and outfits in combination are something so unique and never seen anywhere else. I personally love the progressiveness of this, since it doesnt represent the usual "advertisement" for products, these creative designers are not ashamed to try something that doesnt appeal to a lot of people, but expresses their creative thoughts. Keep the great work up!

I’ve never cried over an outfit but I did several times with this show. Every look tells a story, drawing from historical fashion eras, breaking down racial and gender barriers, becoming limitless. It’s phenomenal. It’s what so many of us have been looking for in fashion, and Virgil made it not only beautiful but fun. The additional choice to include the crew at the end and take a moment to appreciate the musicians really capitalizes on the humanity of the show: everyone matters, everyone is beautiful. Until we see you again, Virgil💙
