@@stars-and-clouds Imo just based on what we know about Sylus and his relationship with the MC alone, there's no reason to believe he didn't mean it. He likes to be in control of the situation, and when it comes to showing vulnerability, he only gives what he wants to/is comfortable with, but he loves the MC to bits. And while there are plenty of things he holds back and doesn't say, he has never been known to straight-up lie.

I agree MC is a bit too mean to Sylus... but we can see here that she is starting to care about him here. This must be before No Way Out and Within Reach, as we know she has been falling for Sylus since the card from Wander in Wonder. I like that this is the card that proves that Sylus loves MC selflessly and unconditionally. We haven't seen the real depths of his feelings before this

Can you blame her? As much as I love Sylus, he is a dangerous man after all. He kidnapped MC and tried to force her into resonating with him. It would take time for MC to open up to him.

We feel like Sylus spoils her too much then she becomes arrogant while we are not like that 😢

MC might be thinking he is doing all this to make her like him and get her to resonate with him. It’s only natural for her to be wary of him.

He tried to save her then injured and all she did is teased, helped for a bit, sleeped and let him licked his wounds then refused his invite 🫠 that's not the good way to treat the person who just saved you, besides, Sylus can heals himself but still can get hurt. That's why many players got angry (even Chineses players) and Paper gave us 10 tickets lol.
