It is true tho ..in long term relationships, especially the kind where you're deeply in love and r together or on the phone 24/7. Even though I moved out of state, left physically...my ex and I were so used to sharing everything, all of our lifes experiences etc... that we still spoke several times a day and it took about 2 years to completely break up. It's called de- coupling and it's a healthy and less devastating way of ending a life together. Although, in our case the opposite happened... lol, after we totally stopped communicating we realized we wanted to be together more than ever...have worked super hard to regain trust and I'm actually moving back to nyc next month to be together again. I like to say we earned our relationship. Love u gio!

Okay, stop, really, stop. Peter didn't marry her because he truly never saw himself with Tara. And, how could he? He met her, according to them, when he had a name, and she didn't know his name. He thought that, at that moment, he could really have a life with her, and provide for her, but that fell apart. Men do a lot of dirty stuff to get the woman they really love to leave when they do not desire to see them fall with them. Peter knew his situation. Amina came along, a struggling artist just trying to get her voice heard, and he related to her down-sized moment, he finally felt like he didn't have to be intimidated anymore, and he could contribute to her, in some type of way (music). He put it out there as love, but it was love for his manhood back. He was able to be a man again with her. The only love triangle Peter Gunz is now caught up in is the whole plot worked when the money wasn't coming in and he couldn't contribute, but what do you do now, when you can and that lie you was feeding yourself doesn't work anymore. Now, he has to face the lie. And, of course that man wants his family back and not Amina, he can finally contribute, but (and here comes that struggle) he knows that due to this show (he knows Tara is super educated) Tara will now become even more famous, and well-off, so his best bet is to keep riding with Amina, so he can feel like he has some type of control, and manhood! Peter is more in love with Amina situation, at hand, then he is with her.
