I recommend that you put Astana in her wheel chair more so she doesn’t loose upper body strength. She can definitely help fix meals sitting in her chair. Looks like she has given up living! She can even move herself around in that chair by turning the wheels herself! She is not completely helpless so don’t continue to enable her please.
