The problem is the political and religiously repressive regime in their Iran, women don't enjoy freedom, all the time they're being forced to blindfold themselves dress in black even in the hottest sun. It's common in the Middle East here.

It sounds like America(US). It's about the individual instead of the collective. Everyone for themselves. But when that person (s) are in need and life is in jeopardy they expect someone (anyone) to save them. That idea of thinking is tradion. Media, famous sayings( like pulling yourself up by your own boot straps) even political leaders have helped promote this way of thinking. They never figured it out. It's not about you, it's about all of us.

You are totally right. Black Americans like to play that RACISM CARD a lot when they are in Africa. They see everybody as color issue. They live in society where colorism is an everyday problem hence why are in Africa, they bring along that same mindset.

And when our own African brothas and sistahs visit the States, they are often told not to associate with us so even Africans’ race card is dealt differently in America, making them blind to the very racism that DOES exist. White supremacy is a global game but we all respond to it differently. We must have as much patience for our brothas and sistahs of color as we do for white folks who are also very often unaware or ignorant.

Lovely video! Ghana was my dream for many years til I finally managed to go visit. Loved it! I was also blessed to meet a wonderful man who we now are together with. He still lives in Ghana and we are working towards him coming to me in Europe. It was my dream to live in Ghana but after visiting, I learned it is rather impossible. Mostly, because of the bad healthcare system. I don’t feel safe. Also the climate is pretty difficult for me to manage. I still dream and wonder how people move there and manage. Maybe one day my dream will come true. ❤❤❤

Ghana is the best country. People are nice. peaceful, entertainments, great culture, freedom, good weather, good foods, land of gold, diamond, bauxite, oil, good vegetation, cocoa, many different natural resources, human capital, etc. I can go on and to describe GHANA. Ghana's issues are politicians are corrupt and dragging Ghana behind in development. However, his Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa is doing his best to change Ghana into Ghana that will be good for average GHANAIANS.

My humble opinion on finance if you are making a good salary try to live under your means. Spend less than you make. Safe have patience for the future , do not buy the most expensive , buy what is needed, and slowly you can build better finance. As you get older hopefully you get more knowledge and more wisdom. Anahita is sacrificing a lot to be with her husband. When she outlined how much transportation can cost and how much she spent on water when her water supply stopped working. im a Tanzanian and i have been to ghana ,Nigeria,zambia,congo,cameroon and SA,of all those countries,ghana is the most expensive. how can u sell a 50 cl bottle of coke for 5cedis that is 350 naira while in nigeria coke is 150 naira. your money that will last u longer in other African countries wont last u far in ghana,what a over pricey country . dont even talk about ghana over expensive houses of low quality yet they charge $2000 per month for a 1bed😂😀😂😭as if its London or NYC

That's a great interview session. I wanted to hear the reaction of both of their parents getting married to a different race I am surprised she claims there is no war in Iran interestingly it's deeply embedded in us that there is war in Iran I think the Western media must be blamed for the propaganda. Sometimes you speak in parables if you can avoid that in your interviews especially when interviewing a foreigner it helps keep the conversation going.

Yeah. That would have been a good question with the parents reaction to their union. I was also trying not to be too inquisitive lol. Iran don't have full blown war but there are tensions when it comes to human right issues which sometimes prompts protests. And also once in a while they'll have a diplomatic standoff with the west. You are very right about me speaking in parables. I realised when editing that I lost her with eating your eggs before they hatch. And men going to war and women cleaning our shields. I will bear that in mind. Thanks for the feedback.

The thing I learned in Ghana is: While for me (Black amerikkkan) Ghana was not terribly expensive as far as cost to survive, BUT ... The quality and conveniences of life that you get dollar for dollar is lacking. The home you can rent in Ghana for $1000 USD per month is just "sufficient" ... (good nuff) by US standards, while in much of Asia and Latin America and even poorer locales in Europe, $1000 USD per month gets you something quite nice with some added conveniences and luxuries.

As a local, I deem it a crime to rent anything in Ghana for $1000 a month. Not worth it. Let's ask ourselves how the locals are surviving? I believe foreigners are being taken advantage of.

@@MickeyAgyei I have no doubt of that. And, sadly, we are running up prices for the locals. But, without the tourist dollars they'd suffer as well. But I know I can have the mirror image of a Ghana vacation in much of Asia or Latin America for half the price, and that applies to airfare also. Africa doesn;t make economic sense except for those hellbent on visiting Africa and no place else will do.

That would only be the African Americans that you’re dealing with. Folks have to STOP generalizing. I am an American woman of African slave & Native American & White descent (see how I broke that part down) - Not all black folks in America are the same just like All Africans are the same. The ONLY thing we have in common over here is being born out of slavery, generationally stifled dealing with systemic & outright racism… but each of us have different familial mixtures, backgrounds, the environment in which we were raised… I for one know about class distinction among other “Afro-Americans” …. In addition to the racism from All who have been influenced by lies from colonizers and their descendants, we still get the class issue among the Afro-American (many do not associate that word with it) we just say that “Black folks don’t stick together.” Or the term “Uppity Negro” comes to mind. Both of my parents were college graduates and school teachers, I am not a college graduate, because I learn quickly and don’t like school but when I was in school I was straight A’s. I’m married with 1 child and 2 stepchildren- 1 deceased from a heart attack from an undiagnosed heart defect. I am a creative and I an empath. I care more about how I affect someone negatively or positively more than what my net worth is compared to them. I related my personal life to demonstrate that Everyone is different. My family and I don’t have much but we love each other. We make do with what we have and pray to be content and appreciative to God for what we do have. What irritates me is I know enough not to say that All Ghanaians are thinking a certain way or All Iranians or All of African… lumping Afro-Americans together saying “We don’t get it” is an ignorant observation. I don’t do that to folks because of my life’s experiences. I’ve lived under the racism but I know for a fact that all white people aren’t racist. I also know that not all black folks over here understand each other, nor do they all support each other, just like everywhere else. I do go by Bible teachings to Know God’s thoughts on matters and understanding how we All should be treating each other. And there are Afro-Americans who will roll their eyes and become agitated with me even saying that. The right thing to say is “The Afro-Americans that I have personally come across or have had experience with didn’t understand classism, they only thought in terms of racism” Don’t y’all understand that that is rude to say that 1 person or a small percentage of the people that you have interacted with DO NOT represent the Whole. I normally don’t comment but I’m just tired of the attitudes those who feel as if “higher learning” somehow cleansed them of ignorance. Your knowledge came from the experiences of the people who created the curriculum & your own personal experiences OUTSIDE of that, a person doesn’t know what they don’t know UNTIL they are set straight or their new experience. I enjoyed watching the interview but I just folks would calm the “one represents the group” mentality. Y’all don’t do it within your own cultures, and even other cultures except Afro-Americans… everyone has an opinion on US.

Please I have a question? And I will be grateful if someone could help me..why is she always using Uber for transportation? Is she allergic to the “trotro” or public transportation? Or she thinks she is better than the locals and don’t need to be in the “troski with them.? The interview is a good one but I don’t get that part..Even in China, if she wants to use uber everyday, it’s going to cost her a lot, so that part alone, I don’t get it..she made a lot of good points but with the aspect of the Uber, it’s not clear to me because using Uber everyday anywhere in the world will cost u a lot of money..

I don't think it's because she thinks she's better. I sometimes use trotro and also use bolt in Ghana depending on the time I have on my hands. It's a bit difficult to judge and be on time with troskis in my opinion. She manages about 5 social media marketing accounts including hers. Which means loads of appointments and I think uber helps minimize time wasting. Cos of time I actually prefer pragya which means I compromise safety for time lol. I hope this answers your question.

I don’t think I’m better than anyone. Where I live there is no trotro close. I need to walk for 40 minutes to arrive at the closest bus stop. I used to do that for a whole year to get to my job with the Chinese company. Interestingly people were always asking me questions like “why are you in a trotro!?” and laugh at me which was very irritating at the time. The public transportation infrastructure is not built fairly in Ghana. There are no signboards to see which route each trotro takes to know how to get to your destination. You have to ask the Mates and most of the time language becomes an issue in our communication. They haven’t built public transportation accessible to all. So no I don’t feel fancy and I wish not to use Uber again, but I have no option
