I am done ordering for awhile. Everything I have ordered this year has had defects. And no way you are you being nit-picky! These are A LOT of money. Yet all of my contemporary bags are immaculate and nicely packaged 🤔

Great review. You shouldn’t have to settle if the bag quality isn’t exactly what you want it to be!! That’s a lot for a bag and it should be perfect!

I’m sorry with the issues, hate it when that happens . I too had that experience, had to wait 7 months for the replacements to come in, maybe cuz it was a limited edition so they had to make more, idk. Thank you for your honesty & being real . I too agree if u are paying that much for a bag u expect it to be exactly how it’s suppose to be. Thanks for sharing, I really enjoy your reels/ stories/ videos!!!🤩😍

I’m currently loving living vicariously through your channel, lol as I’m not in a position to purchase a luxury handbag. I appreciate your overviews on your bags, your attention to detail, their craftsmanship and the brands. You’re not being nitpicky. You pay a premium for the bags and that should be reflected when you receive it. Now that I’ve been watching your channel I’ve been looking much closer at the leather products I have and taking much better care of them. I had always been of the mindset that leather products could handle it all - and for the most part they can as long as they’re taken care of. I have a secondhand Fossil Sydney satchel that I love so much. I know she’s not a luxury handbag, but I’m treating her like one lol. Thank you for sharing your beautiful collection with us and all your insights!

Great review as always. I would bring it or send it back and show them. This bag is so good, to have that many issues. I’m glad to hear that you’re returning it. I would get the empriente it doesn’t transfer but the pint/orange is 🫶🏻 too. Thanks again for your video!❤️

I wish I could have brought it back in person, but my nearest store is quite far 😭😭 I returned it and it looks like they received it and are processing so at least I’ll get my money back! Fingers crossed my new one will be better whenever I get the time to shop for one! Thanks for watching!!❤️❤️

Oh girl I feel you. I ordered the alma bb online and was shocked at the quality (made in US)…one side of the feet was super crooked, and the pattern on the DE canvas was veryyy noticeably slanted. I know LV has been getting dragged for quality issues, but I didn’t realize they were THAT bad 😳

Yes, thank you for your video. I agree with you about the quality issues and it’s really sad especially with the price… I received mine last week. I love it so much. It’s so cute but I have noticed almost the same amount of things that you pointed out that was wrong with yours with mine too!! and now That you pointed out a few that I didn’t recognize I’m gonna go back and look at my bag and make sure I don’t have anything else wrong with it. Other than that it’s a cutie and I love it so much.❤

The flap also looks uneven. The left side where the flaw is, seems longer than the right. Completely agree that for the cost, there should be no issues, and the package should be received in the same condition as you would receive in store.

I’m with you… I won’t accept those flaws too and good decision to return it. That’s why I try to buy bags from the store whenever possible so I can do a throughout check before the purchase. But one good thing that came out from my experience with LV is I once went to exchange a bag which I bought from the store but missed out on a flaw during the purchase. They didn’t make things difficult for me and provided excellent service during the exchange. Even tying a new ribbon on the box to complete the sales/exchange experience for me. Sort of strengthened my love for LV. 🤭

Yes the color of the *aceluxs*is beautiful and it is a great decision, maybe one day they will add feet and straps. It would be nice to have a bigger bag during the colder months when we have to store gloves, beanies, scarves, etc…

Good call on turning back a $2k bag that isn't perfect! I am taken back as to how much this is going for anyway. I was thinking of this, but I probably won't buy it at this point. Love the size but that is just crazy for a monogram bag.

I purchased the saumur bb and mine had dents so I exchanged it and now it has dents on the sides near the d rings and it has a dark line down the middle of the bag . I’m so shocked how the quality has gone down on these bags

Your feelings are totally VALID. LV needs to do better, and you DESERVE a Flawless bag! 😍🤩 more of a reason to go shopping 💁🏻‍♀️ So I purchased a leather wallet from LV, and not even a whole month the button closure completely falls off. I was so turned off by that but thankfully I was able to do an exchange for anything in the store. Now I only want “zipper” closures 😂 it was a bit traumatizing how a button can just fall off like that 🤔🤯🥵 it was almost $1K for that wallet, too. Smh. Sometimes I feel like luxury isn’t so luxurious. I ended up finding an amazing wallet on amazon that’s genuine leather, no issues, 100x affordable and quality is TOP TIER. I know deep down I’m just paying for the logo-so I had to rethink my choices. Wake up call for me 🫣🫠

You do not have to settle for poor quality. Return it. Oddly, I was just preaching this same thing to myself a week ago having to do with LV quality issues, but I can see more clearly when it isn’t me 😂 Try to go in store if you can to pick a new one. When I returned an item recently, the first thing they said was that the bags are handmade. Well, maybe you need to use machinery if your process makes it too hard for human workmanship to be acceptable. That is not an excuse. Give the artisans the tools they need for precision and implement the right quality checks. OR offer “almost perfect pricing” if your quality standard is all over the board. I am over this with them! I hope your new one is better 😊

Omg the customer service person I spoke with on the phone said the same thing 🙄🙄 I agree-it’s not an excuse! The quality wasn’t this bad in the past so it shouldn’t be an issue now, especially when the prices are so high! Thanks for watching ❤

Sorry it wasn't perfect, however looking at the picture on the website it seems like that may be the way the bag is unfortunately. Have you considered the fold me pouch? I got it last week and love it!

I like this nano Diane style a lot so I plan to replace it with another! The defects on mine definitely weren’t part of the way the bag should be, so I’m hoping the next one will be in better condition. I haven’t tried the fold me pouch-congrats on your new purchase! Thanks for watching ❤️

Already I’ve had two defective items from Hermes and from Dior this month alone. It’s really sad we are spending this type of money and the quality isn’t really there. Very disappointing. Fyi if you do an exchange you have to wait until they receive it and process it and then wait a week to send it to you. That’s a long time for their poor craftsmanship!
