Both my sun and moon are gemini in the 7th house, which on some level I understand because when I was younger(like tween age) I used to wish I would meet someone special, but I've never had a serious relationship, and I guess that makes it difficult to judge how I would act when in one, but I don't feel like I am an extremely partnership focused person - I don't see myself jumping to get married; I am weirded out by people my age getting married even though I'm 23

this placement can indicate finding romance where you are learning astrology or when you are in transit by air. University, college, places of higher learning and travelling abroad are also places where you can meet. If you are religious or looking for the higher truth then a guru or a philosopher type can attract. Sun Mars indicates the sort of man we want and attract and being together you wont find the conflict that other placements may have with looking for a partner. In Aquarius they would be a bit unconventional, like their freedom and not to be tied down too much but of course other elements in the chart have to be looked at. You may be attracted to tall kooky types who may like to be experimental. He may be a gypsy or rather bohemian.

Question - How do you read someone with a sun in a cusp of 6house and 7 house? Do you read it as a 6 house sun or a 7 house sun? or do you use both houses?

How close is the sun to the 7th house cusp? You would have to be sure of the exact birth time for the right degree of that axis. Anything more than 3 degrees away from the descendant cusp I would only use as the 6th house influence. This means that romantic encounters can be found at a shopping mall, where you are eating or shopping and with work colleagues. Sometimes you find romance where you are renting accommodations or at a hotel etc. perhaps.

Chris Em Cee My sun is 2 degrees away from the 7h cusp. Since it's so close to the 7h cusp I use both the 6h and 7h interpretations bc I haven't gotten a good answer yet. Sometimes I get both interpretations. Btw I didn't know shopping malls were associated with the 6h. Very cool. Learn something need everyday. Thank you!

Chris Em Cee do you have any planets in the 7h? And does your sun conjunct any planets?

If you consider that our planets progress, then I would pay attention to the Sun if it was within a 5 degrees conj of the DSC. I would still read the chart as a 6th H Sun, but would pay attention to the early influence of a 7th H Progressed Sun and also the age that the Solar Arc Sun conjoined with the DSC. Also, consider the personal planets. Do you have merc/venus/mars in the 7th? or the nodes? These can also swing the personality towards the Libran/7th H. There is so much nuance with a chart that the whole of it needs to be considered. It might be a moot point, if the native has strong Venus in the chart.
