Love is a Temporary Madness | Laura & Scott's Wedding at the London Hunt Club

Scott and Laura were introduced by Heather, Scott’s sister. Heather gave Scott Laura’s number, and they met for dinner, and we’ve been together ever since. Talk about the perfect setup. They got engaged on Christmas in 2020, and Scott surprised Laura by hiding the ring in her stocking along with other more mundane stalking stuffers. When she unwrapped the ring box, he took it from her, took a knee and said some very nice words which she cannot remember because she was in shock. She was so surprised!
When I asked them what marriage means to them and why they wanted to get married now, this is what they said:
“It means finding a life partner, best friend and someone to share everything with. We’re choosing to get married now because we can’t imagine life without one another. We love just being together.”
Laura and Scott got married at the London Hunt Club in September. It was warm, sunny and windy and absolutely perfect. They were surrounded by their family and friends, and it was a beautiful celebration of their love. Their personally written vows were emotional and meaningful, and they took opportunities out of the day to connect and be together. Their first look happened out on the golf course, and it was such a tender moment of connection between them. It is so special watching a couple who fits so well together commit their lives to each other. Congratulations, Laura and Scott, you’re something special.
