I'm sorry...apparently a Brazilian singer, Malcolm Roberts, did sing 'Love is All', but his version doesn't begin to compare with Engelbert's. It's definitely Enge's song.

I just listened to him. He is not Enge, but he sang it well. Nobody can sing like Enge, and I don’t know that they really want to. Just like Enge sings other’s songs. But I think he sings them better! That’s my opinion.

It is absolutely unbelievable "how long Enge holds the last note" to this song so divinely and his voice never breaks up ! I have never heard another singer do that. And he does it twice, again right after the first time, and the audience loves it ! I listen to his music all the time ! He is the greatest singer in the world, no doubt, in my mind !
