hellomynameisjoe read the book again... she allegedly said it was in April that they had hate sex. Nick and V didn’t start officially starting dating until the summer of that year according to a previous interview that they did. He also dated Kim K. as well so obviously they were not together yet.

Remember it was Nick that went on TRL when his album dropped in May asking Vanessa on national tv to “move over”. So maybe they parted ways and then ended up back together. We would never really know what happened.
