The basis of show (wiki): The Netflix series "Love Is Blind" follows a dozen men and women who will eventually find love; however, throughout the process, they will never see their partners. For ten days in a speed dating format, the men and women will each enter different "pods" where they can talk to someone of the opposite sex. After the ten days, the men are able to propose to the women they want to get married to. After the proposal, they will reveal themselves to their partner, where they will see each other for the first time. Then they will move to the real world, where they will move in together and meet their partner's family. If their relationship survives in the real world, then they will get married.

Anna THANK YOU! When you are crazy in love with someone, you may choose to ignore crazy red flags because the thought of it not working out is too heartbreaking to bear. It’s not a good idea, by any means, but I think it’s ridiculous for people to be annoyed by his cognitive dissonance about Jessica but not Jessica for straight up dogging him behind his back, actively pursuing another engaged man, and just not being honest with him about how she really felt. When someone doesn’t get the hint, the right thing to do is to just come out and say it so they finally understand exactly how you feel. Risking their feelings because it may be uncomfortable for you to be direct is the most selfish thing a person can do.

Mark is that typical „nice guy“ that doesn’t accept no for an answer and ignores every hint. Instead he repeats that he’s special and different than any other man and his „love“ (after a few days) is true! It only needs a person with small self esteem and personal issues to get confused about their intuition. She gave in, multiple times, after HE talked her into it. He doesn’t love her - he just wanted a relationship- no matter what.

He was playing the victim to make Jessica look really bad. Jessica used Mark to stay in the show admittedly but Mark benefitted from that too.
