Mr. Tyler Francis is currently in an open custody case with the mother of his children. In January of this year, a Petition for Contempt was filed with the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. He has a Contempt hearing scheduled on November 15, 2024. The issue I have is that he was not honest. Even if he was supposedly a sperm donor, he should have been honest from the jump. Kids are not a small detail you can forget to tell a future partner about. Additionally, having an active custody case is not a small thing. Attorneys are not cheap, and these cases can be very stressful. He is dead wrong for failing to inform her about that stuff. Furthermore, if he stopped seeing the children and or supporting the children for the show and if there is actually proof of this, I can only imagine how the court is going to interpret his actions.

With this Sperm donor situation, if he’s a known donor then you still go through the legal process so he doesn’t have right but if he donated as a partner then he has legal rights and she can take him for child support. @beewest5704 i dont know how much you have seen of the contract they sign & the narrative these ppl are given that has me not trust the show. I also find it odd that he just now started deleting those pictures off insta when they fimed a yr ago. the specific incident from a past show that I can reference is love is blind mexico. They gave one of the girls a narrative of being physically violent to her partner. She finally told the entire story, but it looks like she had to wait for a few wks after the reunion episode. The episode rhey showed of her being violet to the guy..m turns out he wasn't in the apartment - he had left and they had called it quits and thats why she covered up the camera. She figured they both were done with the show, and there wasn't a reason to film. Its this stuff that leads me not to trust the show.

Actually the opposite has been proven to be true. Attractive people with great careers are usually high acheivers. And high achievers usually have a hard time finding a partner because they're usually very busy or they're maximizers that struggle to choose a partner because they want to make the best choice possible like how they approach the other areas of their life.

if they don't have anything in writing saying he was a sperm donor then she can request child support. all she would need is a DNA test. the photos of him with the kids showing he was an active father figure in their lives would help her case for sure too. and if he IS on their birth certificates, he 100% has to pay child support because he is the legal father.

You're right but I think it's just a weird situation. It sounds he is friends with the woman and she is gay and she asked for his help as her friend. So he is in the kids lives but not playing the father role if that makes sense. The whole thing made me realize how messy that can be and made me warn my gay friend who plans on doing the same thing like girl you might wanna just go to a sperm bank.

@@ivana5618 Yes! Don't do it with loved one. My aunt’s sister in law couldn't have kids. So my uncle promised his sister that he would give her their next kid. My aunt wasn't really happy when her child was born and she realized she had to give it away and my cousin now feels like she was abandoned. Once she got older and realized that she was missing a whole side of the family she was really sad. Obviously to us she's our cousin and as kids we didn't get it. But to her realizing her mother was her “aunt” wasn't easy. Because my aunt has 3 older kids. So in my cousins eyes she was the unwanted one. Now its not the same scenario but when your friend is the father of the child and your child knows. Its going to be hard for them if he is not acting as their “father.”
