That was an excellent performance, thank you for sharing this. I am a fan of Dolly Parton myself, but I am not familiar with this song of hers, and your wonderful rendition is my first exposure to this beautiful tune. You have a very sweet sounding tone to your voice and I found it very comforting. My skill level with the ukulele is on par with yours, and I too struggle with speeding up and slowing down with the chord changes. I play the Baritone ukulele most of the time, but still play a low G tenor from time to time. Keep up the great work. It’s my hope that one day I am good enough to post a video of me doing a cover song on KZbin as you have done.
