Michel is pretty easy to read in this scenario for me. There is no way I would stand for what Amber was doing to him every time there was a problem. She kept trying to deflect and act like there wasn't an issue and when that happens it puts the other person, in this case Michel in a really tough situation. The thing that really made him look like a mug was Amber handled the split better than any issue she's had with him in the past and Michel was completely ready for her to kick off again. So Michel really didn't handle the split well at first at all. Spoilers ahead: That being said when they reconciled it was really sweet and it made my opinion on Amber completely flip from thinking she is rude and immature to thinking she is just a flawed human being that knows she has shit to change. Like it was really big of her to admit that she has issues that did hurt the relationship and I really hope she uses this coupling to grow because that was a really really amazingly impressive thing to admit.
