I just don't get where Jaleb fans are getting this narrative that Johnny and Cely got the redemption arc when there is a ton of scenes and fan videos with Jaleb great moments. While with Jely once they got over the Casa amour thing when they came back and Johnny told her and she was upset they talked it out and got over it then they had the Bennie situation they talked it out and got over it then they had the tweet game situation so if anything they had drama after drama thrown at them and we never got to see alot of their great moments which they said in their lives or interviews after the show. So no I don't agree they got a good edit especially when we didn't see the conversations that got them thru the drama like them talking for hours about the situation like they mentioned. Even Justine said they picked Johnny for best boyfriend in the fire and ice rate game because how he treats Cely but we didn't see that because they only wanted to show us the drama between them. And yes they showed the girlfriend proposal because that was an important moment on the show and yet we still got Jaleb eating s'mores and talking about babies right after their girlfriend proposal but Jaleb fans won't admit that. So I disagree that Jely got a good edit because they had so much more between them that we the audience didn't get see and were not faking their relationship.

Yes i agree that in some cases cheating might not affect relationships and I don’t know anything other than what was shown on television. But the trust, it’s so hard to trust someone if they’ve cheated and it definitely brings some anxiety to the one cheated on. It’s honestly depressing. My aunt was cheated on by his husband and it was so depressing for her. She cried all the time.
