Maybe it's seeing Ranboo with a masquerade mask that made me come up with this but, I just had an idea for a fanfic. It's basically the Masquerade episode of Tales Of The Smp, but Tommy and Wilbur exist. Wilbur is a "poor person" disguised as a "person" going by the name Wallace Sootingham. His goal was to blow up Sir Billiam's mansion bc of how he treats the less wealthy. A sort of revenge on society. He forces his younger brother, Tommy, to join as well, going by the name Thomas Innes. Wilbur told Tommy that the mansion was full of evil people. He had also told Tommy the mansion was to be blown up, but Tommy didn't really believe it was going to be done. They arrived at the mansion, and while "Wallace" enthralled the guests and host with his rich words, Tommy quickly becomes friends with the butler, Ranboo. He finds that Ranboo is a good person simply forced to work in the "evil" mansion, and so he pulls Wilbur aside to tell him about this and how maybe they shouldn't blow the mansion up. Wilbur ignores his brother. (Also, for plot purposes, the Masquerade Ball will actually last for three days.) Tommy gets angry, but doesn't argue. He continues befriending Ranboo with a new goal of getting him to leave the mansion before Wilbur blows it up. He also sort of befriends Karl, who he suspects is also not telling the truth about something. He doesn't know what it is though. Karl doesn't look at Ranboo with disgust and he hesitates to talk shit about poor ppl, so Tommy decides to also get Karl out of the mansion before it's too late. On the second day of the Masquerade, Tommy decides to tell Ranboo about his brother's intentions. He begs Ranboo to leave, to flee the mansion while he can, and Ranboo hesitates before agreeing. They decide to leave on the third day. Tommy also tells Karl of his brother's intentions, but Karl refuses, saying he has a duty to uphold in this mansion. He asks Tommy why they can't simply tell the others about Wilbur's plan, and Tommy says it's because Wilbur is his brother, and that he can't betray him. He has a duty to Wilbur just as Karl has a duty to stay in this mansion. Karl hesitates, but says he won't tell anyone about Wilbur. Tommy makes him promise that he will get out of the mansion when his duty is done, and Karl does. Fast forward, and the murders start happening. Everything happens in the same order, but Tommy and Wilbur stay together. Wilbur goes to where he hid the detonator, and Tommy follows him stubbornly. Wilbur tells Tommy to get out of the mansion so he can blow it up, but Tommy refuses, saying that while these ppl are not good ppl, they are still ppl, and how Karl and Ranboo are good people that deserve to escape this place. Wilbur yells at Tommy about his motivations and philosophy and morals, and goes to press the button. Tommy knows he won't make it to stop him in time, but he still runs towards his older brother, begging him not to. And yet, with his hands mere centimeters away from the button, Wilbur stops. He looks up at Tommy with red glowing eyes, and he attempts to kill him. Tommy runs, so lost as to why his older brother wants to kill him. He screams for help as Wilbur chases him, but nobody answers. He runs into a dead end, and Wilbur stands over him with a pocket knife out, his glowing red eyes filled with a murderous hunger. And as Wilbur plunges down the knife to his skull, Tommy can do nothing but watch as Ranboo runs in and takes the knife for him. It goes into his chest, and he looks back at Tommy. He says "Maybe in the next life." Or something like that. And Tommy watches the life fade out of Ranboo's eyes as Wilbur's murderous red turn into horrified brown. Tommy tenses as Wilbur stares at him and the knife in his hand. "W-was I going to...?" And before Tommy can say anything, Wilbur looks down at Ranboo's body and thanks him for saving his brother. He looks back up at Tommy, apologizes, and plunges the blade into his heart. Tommy can barely comprehend the two lifeless bodies before him. A stray tear goes down his face. And as he goes to wail, he hears cruel laughter instead. Tommy flinches as a scream is also heard, Karl's scream. And Tommy resolves that he's not losing anyone else. Tommy runs into the egg room, where Sir Billiam runs after Karl with the same red eyes his brother had. Nothing else matters, not the giant red egg or the circling red vines. So Tommy barges in, shoving Billiam away from the last person he has left. Billiam is surprised. "I thought Wallace would've taken care of you?" Billiam makes his speech about the egg, and Tommy pushes Karl behind him. Billiam calls out for his butler, before realizing. He grins. "Well, I didn't need that butler anyways. What about you, Thomas? Let's make you my new little helper." He hands Tommy the knife, and Karl seems to connect the dots as he looks between the egg and Tommy, because he begs weakly for Tommy to snap out of it, for him to think about this. And Tommy grins, before slashing across Billiam's chest. Billiam stares at the wound in shock before looking back up at Tommy. "How did you.." Billiam falls, and Tommy watches life fade out of a person's eyes for the third time that day. Tommy tells Karl to get out of there, and Karl does, thanking him as he stumbles out of the mansion. And Tommy sighs with a smile, getting Wilbur's detonator out of his pocket. The vines screech and recoil, and the egg seems to flinch. Tommy smirks. "See you in Hell, losers." The click of the button. He hears the piercing screech of the egg, and he sees the room erupt, and he feels pain for maybe a second-- The world goes dark for one final time. ( Did I just make an entire story in a comment section from a a forty-five second video? Yes. Yes I did.) If anyone wants to write with this premise, be my guest! :D Also, thank you for showing me CK, I started reading it and it is a fantastic fanfic so far! I love how much effort you put into this, the character designs look amazing, and the drawing fits perfectly with the gacha club style! This is an amazing video.
