@@hotronnie101 From what I remember they didnt even know he was actually sick at this time. I mean Alex didnt even recognize his sick self until he started treatment at the end. It was just so jarring that it took me out of the setting when it happened.

Both the old and new Alexes are simps yes BUT the Alex who traveled back in time was the only legit one since he realizes that giving yourself up for a girl will only give you hell and suffering so might as well stay single and live your life THAN get a backstabbing and gold-digging girl that would just kill you for money.
