As for Russell and Kolby's relationship, all that glitters is not gold. There are so many issues there. It's the kind of marriage where in 10 years she may decide she wants to divorce and he won't understand why. Russell is attractive and a godly man. He loves his wife, he is a provider. He won't cheat. He is also a man who does not take her feelings into consideration. It is all about what he wants. As soon as she mentions what she's feeling he somehow turns it back into how he provides she shouldn't have anything to say, pretty much. When she says I don't want to have any more kids he ignores us and says we'll try again in 3 months. When she told him she didn't want to buy the gym, he's still went and had the meeting without her. See capitulates out of fear of losing him. She feels all the things I said above. The positive and the negative. They need to work on their relationship just like the other couples. They need counseling. The way it was never explored, how he completely ignored her feelings on anything, was disappointing and telling. They want to portray Russell as a perfect. He's not, he's a good man but there are some things he needs to work on respecting his wife's opinion and feelings and not just bulldoze over them.

You can tell his mother is from that baby boom generation that never showed affection , never discussed anything with their kids or hugged their children. Brandon is lacking empathy and warmth. There are great and bad people everywhere, but from my experience with Buffalo, NY people, they are not authentic and they lack any sense of loyalty and/or discretion. And when you comfort them about the things that they do convertly, they never know what you are talking about. I would definitely take someone from Detriot as a friend than anyone from Buffalo ANYDAY. I am never a hater on any TV 'star', and i wish everyone the best.
