I've said it for the last episode and I'll reiterate my statement: Tisha needs counseling to address her low self-esteem. Her lack of confidence is showing up in her behavior in the most toxic ways. She uses her mother as an emotional safety blanket and therefore has a toxic codependent relationship with her. She holds people hostage with her fragile feelings and tries to manipulate them with tears because, in her eyes, if they're not her "yes" people then they're not loyal to her.
