This relationship between them is so nostalgic. They have known each other for almost 10 years and they bond gets stronger and stronger with trust. What is even sweeter is that one can’t live without the other. When Riza was going to shoot Roy, she said that she would have no purpose left on the world and would take her life along with his. Roy couldn’t even think of losing her. They went through everything together, of course they should be a couple. This is my favorite couple, because when I think about the relationship it just makes you want to cry with tears of joy. I know I wrote an essay on this but I just wanted to express my love for the couple.

Roy & Riza are one of the few anime pairings that has very good chemistry, and they never needing overly sugar-coated cringy lines. You can tell how much they care about each other. Definitely my top 3 pairings.
