Bulacan was one of my top choices, but I had a strong connection to Taguig as the winner. Nonetheless, I am thrilled that Chelsea was crowned to send a message to all Filipinos that beauty should not be limited to fair-skinned individuals. I commend the judges for silencing those who discriminate against dark skin, although historically, Filipinos have brown skin or darker tones.

Ahtisa did not meet the criteria to win MUPH, Chelsea did. Yes, in the eyes of Filipinos, Ahtisa is pretty. But proportion-wise, she is not. Maybe not in person but she registers on tv with too big of a nose esp the bump on the bridge, cheeks are too droopy and big for her small mouth and lips, so when she smiles-natatabunan ng cheeks and nose ang mouth area, this also makes her large nose tip almost touching her upper lip, and weird shoulders. Chelsea has good facial bone structure, proportionate good facial features and a killer smile an obvious opposite of Ahtisa. Sorry but it is the fact, and that's why judges picked her out of all the candidates.
