I have found that a tasty sauce is a good idea; you can add that to any cooked or fried vegetables. Also, baked potatoes with vegan cheese and plenty tomato puré and olive oil is one of my favorites; and where I live I can buy a Beyond Burger once in a while (no meat in that). - You can also discuss this with any ladies that you know.

I’m part vegetarian. We don’t eat four legged animals but still eat chicken and seafood. Maybe you could start by cutting out one kind of meat at a time. Good luck and well done for trying!
