"Love of Leaves" Slim Line Card with Rock & Roll Technique!

I've finally jumped onto the 'slim line' bandwagon and given these cards a try. "Slim line" cards are really popular right now and I must admit, it was a nice change from our standard card size.
I created two slimline cards in my video demonstration - one portrait and one landscape. The featured stamps were the "Love of Leaves" set and I also show the 'Rock & Roll" technique, with my favourite twist!

GORGEOUS DESIGN, Tina! I LOVE FALL & I LOVE THIS SUITE, too! The Slimline Cards REALLY show off more of the BEAUTIFUL DSP and also allow for showcasing the Stamps w/the Sentiments, too! The color palette is lovely and the technique is stunning! The Gold embossing along with the splatters adds a ton to the cards! I have a bow maker, too, and WOW, SO MUCH EASIER to do them w/this tool! I really liked the addition of the Gold cord bow and definitely NO PEARL NEEDED! ALWAYS happy to see insides w/stamping, too, as well as envelopes! YAY! I chuckled at the “orientation snafu” for the inside piece as “I’M GUILTY” of that myself~~but then just go ahead and make another card! A “HAPPY ACCIDENT” in my mind! :-))). Fabulous cards Tina, love them.. you could use hand sanitizer to get the glue off of your fingers it works really well and doesn’t have the chemical smell of the stamp cleaner. Thanks so much for your videos.. 🌸🌸🌸

I use my flat iron to straighten ribbon. Even used ribbon from gifts can be used again this way.
