TigerBelly I was born to a mother who didn't want me, but was forced to continue the pregnancy by an uber religious family, and my mother raised me terrified of demons everywhere, and she was/is obsessed with the Rapture. It's because my family thinks I just don't "pray hard enough" that I ended up disabled since childhood, stuck in a toxic HUD apt in MI, with half my $750/mo income going for medical costs & unable to pay basic living costs with $400/mo. At 34yrs old, I'm the only one in my family who had zero chance, zero support getting a vehicle of any kind, which would have allowed me to experience a life outside of being a terminally ill medical lab rat...

YES you ARE beholden to someone and have to respect their wishes if you claim you are in love with them you dont tell them they HAVE TO let you fuck someone else especially if they say they dont even want to sleep with someone else and dont want you too either. Thats the promise and responsibility you make and take when you claim you love someone and make them believe you and so they love you back as well. Thats fucked up tho even think of doing and then actually ask and EVEN DEMAND it. Thats fucked and shows where your heart is at.....I am starting more and more to see her true colors although she has most convinced otherwise because she is a really really good manipulator. The funny ironic thing to me is that Bobby's belief system seems to be more aligned with the message of Christ than the belief system of the outspoken political Christian nuts. Christ spoke out against hypocricy and power and greed. He didnt target nor condemn homosexual or the outcasts of society.
@highfunq28638 жыл бұрын

Bobby is closed minded. He believes that a conservative's views are wrong, he doesn't see it from the other side. Conservatives believe that his views are wrong. He says that a prolife person is hurtful in their beliefs, but a prolife person believes just a strongly that prochoice is hurtful.
@seanlynch11855 жыл бұрын
Pro-life doesn't work. Abortions are done on the black market, and women suffer. And pro-lifers ignore that. And I think people are cynical about prolifers because it is difficult to believe they are coming from a loving place and not just judgment: They put so much energy into ending abortion but so little energy into equally idealistic policies such as equal rights for LGBTQ and ending poverty. Anti-abortion is often a power move for self identifying judgmental christians... and not really about loving your neighbour. Not all, but most.
@Talisman095 жыл бұрын
my conclusion is that pro lifers are either perpetually living in the selfish self-inflicted fantasy of religion or are just simply narcissists who think that they are too special to die (they see themselves as "god"). You can be the latter and also an aethiest but you are no different to the religious' way of thinking. They think they are using empathy because they put themselves in a fetuses position but they are only looking out for themselves and couldn't give a shit about the real world and fully formed people's struggles
@riedud5 жыл бұрын
Bobby comes off just as judgmental as those he seems to dislike. You can disagree with someone and still be their friend. Actions speak louder than words and personal beliefs. Homosexuals have the same rights as anyone now and if you want to kill your baby you can do it on your own dime. I am pro-choice, people have the freedom to chose to do whatever they want even if their choices are wrong and stupid. I am pro-life in that human life is a progression from conception to death. It is not right to make others pay for your abortions if it is against their beliefs. Bobby is funny as hell just super ignorant and judgmental when it comes to anything slightly political which is asinine considering his profession in being able to make fun of anything.
@germanenglishengineer2054 Жыл бұрын
@@seanlynch1185 Pro-lifers don't ignore the black marketing. That's never been accurate. We know there's always going to be some criminal unlisted person doing it on the street, but that doesn't mean we should legalize it. Same with marjuana - oh just because we will always get it some place means we should legalize it, heroin, crack, etc. Equal rights for LGBTQ? What are the odds that we will get so many people who need this? It logistically should be very slim because biologically we're not born with that. I know the word "none" is impossible, but the likelihood is so small. Bobby said most people are born this way. I will argue that to be factually wrong. I know parents who say "Oh you can be anything you want." Is that accurate? No. There's always limits and consequences to such actions. if you have good intentions, yes, if you do something dangerous, no. In the last 10 years, social media has made gay, lesbian or transgender the world's biggest fad and so many parents who while they shouldn't be knocking their kids and beating out of them for gay or lesbian or shunning them for such also should educate their kids and make sure they understand the biological form of the human race and what diseases you can get from performing gay or lesbian acts and just how the human race was created. Science says we get abnormalities but it's so small it's ridiculous. Men were born with penises and women were born with breasts and vaginas. That's it. There's no transgender male who can be called a male or transgender female who can be called a female. Just because you feel a certain way doesn't mean you have to act on it either. If that were true, we wouldn't have pro creation and serial killers could run amok because they feel they need to murder and they can't help it so we excuse them. If we don't take action to protect the future generations from harming themselves through these various means, our kids will be in deep trouble. Hell, they're already are as far as I'm concerned.

30:45 the distance from point a to b is the same as b to a. this means that if you think someone is unable to understand your point of view for whatever reason then it is very likely that you are doing the same thing to them, either willingly of ignorantly being unable to understand their point of view. you see the point is not to think "oh you think this, your so fucking stupid." its to get to understand their point of view no matter how dark and horrible it might be... if you can understand why they think that way, more so then even they know why they think that way. then you can deconstruct it faster then they can build it up, and that is how you change a person through compassion and understanding... pointing a finger and saying a basic statement of "your stupid, change..." does absolutly nothing, going into the subject with the person and trying to show them you understand their view allows you to strike common ground with them, and only after that can you start to make real change in a persons beliefs. it is important that you realise that the vast majority of people want what they think is best for everyone. all of these ill ideals and beliefs come from a good intention... i do not think there is a group who hates for the sake of hating, but rather in the view of making the world a better place they hate percieved obsticles to achieveing their goal. untill you can understand this concept you cannot bring a possitive change to the world, you can only add your spice to the soup.

If people dont agree with you then the views expressed will be antagonistic toward them, and it wont be fun to listen to. I LOVE this podcast normally and I sincerely want other people to love it too but politics is going to kill the listener base. George has a pink dick.
