Sad ending and messy plot 😅 ... i am skipping . This ML has the most handsome face of all the douyin short dramas... UNFORTUNATELY majority of the time his roles are so unsatisfactory. Sometimes , a plot with one stand with children coming back after 5 yrs / weak or coward husband, who never gets FL ... pls he deserves better scripts ✌️

The leads are reliably good but there’s too much time wasting. The FL doesn’t behave like someone living on borrowed time. The ML has no reason to continue to conceal his identity. The script doesn’t convey any sense of urgency The boy doesn’t show up for quite some time. And I thought the whole point of her returning was for him to meet his father. The show is far too busy trying to cram in every trope for the premise to have any credibility.
