Great point in regards to feeling uncomfortable in sessions. If you really want to improve a relationship, it requires growth from both sides, and growth is not found in our comfort zones

Not sure I agree with the statement ‘You get out what you put in’, however great point when you talk about people listening, but defensively listening instead of listening properly

AMAZING point about putting pressure on your partner to support you (You’re my everything) I wonder how that also translates in poly relationships where one couple is married and a third is introduced

The Attached book written by Dr. A. Levine… Will it help single people understand themselves before they get into relationships or is it specifically aimed at couples already in relationships?

Thanks for the comments Ali! =) I will ask Leanne, however I think it helps you understand your attachment before it goes into relationships.
