Thank you very much for uploading this brief interview with Johnny. It’s a shame it isn’t longer because, quite honestly, I could listen to him talk all day. He’s wise, articulate, very candid, compassionate and often very funny. Love are my favourite American group and ‘Forever Changes’ would be in first place on a list of the albums which are most precious to me. So thank you once again for this interview. An offer from MCA? I wonder if he means Decca or Uni, which were two labels that were owned by MCA at that time, but MCA wasn't it's own label until 1972.

His reference to MCA was correct. They were the parent company and would assign acts to labels the company deemed to be appropriate.

I think it's funny how Johnny says Jim Morrison was fast asleep on his front door. I can believe what i heard about it now ane confirm its true. Because I had a teacher who would say Jim Morrison would sleep on her roof right next to her window. And i already believed her, but i can tell people this and have her back on it.
