shirley temple had an amazing collection, just stunning. i loved the stories that came with the doll’s history & costumes. i need to re-read “child star” bc last i read it, i was in my 20’s & now i’m in my 40’s - i can’t remember reading the parts about shirley’s doll memoirs. thanks for this wonderful video. i love your videos, i’ve been binge watching them!

We were stationed in Germany when I was 7-10. I was introduced to the movie Heidi we checked movies out from barracks library. I watched every Shirley Temple movie they had. Such great memories. I loved her movies.

I think the ones you asked about either represent the months of the year or the major holidays. The bunny for Easter, the green one for March or Saint Patrick day. My grandmother had angels with the months written on them. If I am right, then you are missing 4 of them. I have some of my grandmother's angels.

I remember when I was a kid in 1968 my parents took us to a Museum here in southern California where they displayed the Shirley Temple doll collection or part of it. Anyone have an idea what museum this was?
