Yep. I am so thankful to have found this channel. I have been in a very codependent state for a very long time-over 20 years. We both have played the parts of husband/wife, mom/dad in a way that looks nice, and provided me with a stable physical environment to raise our kids-but the emotional stability was not there. Please no l don't live in my head l l ost best thing in my life and no clue why 18months waiting to understand is what's wrong with me and a broken heart. That said l am on way back and l will always be at her side till she says no why cause l promised her.
