Thanks for reacting to Angelina. Toby Gad co-wrote "If I Were a Boy", along with BC Jean. BC Jean originally sang it, but it went big when Beyonce sang it. Toby Gad is ranked as one of the top song writers in the U.S., and him and Angelina are working on some songs now, according to Toby. There is one new song out there that hasnt been officially released, but many reactors have started reacting to a video of it by James Thiel, who got permission to post it. It's a really great song and the video is excellent quality.

The song I would if I were a boy was written by Macy Jean and Toby gad in about 2008 and BC Jean singing first and then Beyonce as Toby if she could sing it and she did and made a big hit out of it but today's version is Angelina's version of reimagined

I don’t think Angelina was looking for a songwriter. I think she wants to write her songs and has been writing since she was 10. Now someone like Toby can help her with some of her songs but i don’t think she wants someone to write songs for her. As far as a producer goes, she may still work with other producers. Most artists do. It may depend on the type of song she is recording. Her career development will still come down to promotion and getting heard. No matter how good a song is and who produces it, it still comes down to being heard by the general public. That’s easier said than done.

Just of note bad valentine was a demo at one of Tony Gad's workshops hence why she is wearing shoes. People comment on it but it wasn't a planned performance but definitely worth watching.

Yes Angelina has a stunning voice and she is equally stunningly beautiful. This is a Toby Gad and BC Jean song ,they co wrote it for BC Jean. So this not a Beyonce song. She covered it. Now Toby Gad , one of the cowriters seeked out Angelina and collaborated and reinvented this song. They also co wrote a new original Bad Valentine that is scorchingly good.❤❤❤❤👣

Toby is quoted saying, “Working with Angelina has been nothing short of inspiring. Maria, this performance, like all from Angelina, gets better with each listen. I was tearing up this time. Angelina has been working with Toby Gad, who co-wrote this song, and they have told us, new originals are on the way. We have heard one new original, "Bad Valentine". A cover only in the sense that what Beyoncé made was a cover of the song written by BC Jean and Toby Gad, originally performed by Jean in 2008. Beyoncé's cover was that same year. True reagardjng “cover”. A cover is a new recording of a song by someone other than the original artist or songwriter. Beyoncé had a big hit with the song but she is technically not the original artist and is not one of the songwriters. Of note, even though Angelina’s version of Suspicious Minds says Elvis Presley Cover on the thumbnail, it’s not a cover of Elvis . The original artist and songwriter was Mark James. Elvis’s version was a cover.

At the piano is Toby Gad, a German/Danish songwriter-composer, living in the USA. He wrote this song together with BC Jean, back in 2008, who was also the first singer who performed is. Beyoncé was (still in 2008) the second and she made it the famous song we know. And here we have Angelina who is giving this song a different vibe. I think Angelina's gift to "tell the story", when she sings, is making us react the way we do (I have it in a similar way when Lucy Thomas performs a song). I do like this version better than the pop-version, but that's a matter of taste. Toby Gad and Angelina are working on new songs for Angelina right now, the first of which is "Bad Valentine". There is already a good quality informal video of it on KZbin. For me it is clear: Angelina is starting her career as an adult musician now. And what a start it is....
