Thank you for your video. I got one for Christmas, and I was regretting this gift -- it seemed so complicated. I own several Kitchenaid models, an Italian Smeg and now an Anskarum Assistent. You explained the different attachments very clearly and I now look forward to using it!

You're going to love it. There are a number of good demos here on KZbin--look for Lynn Junk's and Ashley McCord's. They're, respectively, the Canadian and U.S. distributors; their demos show the machine actually being used.

Wow- this machine can do all those extra things by turning it on it's side - imagine how much more you could do if you turned it upside down!

Alittle confusing. Is the Assistant part the accessories or are their 2 models with one being smaller?

Hi am from india how much this stand mixer costs if I ve to buy pls tell
@mjremy2605 Жыл бұрын
USD $750 for the Ankarsrum Stand Mixer by itself - it also comes with dough hook, beater whisks. For the juicer, meat grinder, blender etc, it is a separate price today. Meat grinder is $300 extra, Blender is $100 more, and juicer about $150 more. Very pricey! This is 600 Watts motor which is what you need to compare with other mixers.

Ben Watkins I doubt this is NSF-rated. Make no mistake, this is a home-use appliance. Restaurant suppliers don't carry it.

And this is why KitchenAid makes a commercial mixer that is NSF rated. Thunderbird also makes a machine that has an identical capacity to this one, called the ARM-01, but it will cost about twice as much. Still, the Thunderbird is far more affordable than Hobart's offerings.

1. Never add music to any cooking, demo, DIY, tour, or animal video. Ruins it and is unprofessional during a demo. It hurts the ears, irritates the brain, and serves zero purpose. 2. Point your camera inside the mixer, not at the pretty lady. We came here to see how the mixer works, how the attachments work, not to ask her for a date. Unprofessional camera work. Don't show talking heads, show the product. Get more light, not this lone lightbulb. 3. Whip some cream. Knead some dough. Grind some meat. SHOW DON'T TELL. For a $750 base price for the mixer only, plus $100 - $300 for each attachment, do you think you could do a better demo? Do you think I am going to spend over $1000 USD, while watching an anemic demo like this? Also, this motor is under 600 Watts but cost is $750. The Kenwood Mixer is 800 Watts and only $450 at Costco. Kenwood is complete, no need to buy more attachments. Frankly, for $200, I could buy a good meat grinder, so why is your attachment only priced at $300? This mixer is outrageously expensive for what it is. I like the open accessibility of the bowl. I love the deep yellow color option you have. I love the fact that you have a meat grinder attachment that I need for cooking. But the price is way over the top at under 600 Watts power. Why not sell directly on Amazon and bypass your distributors. Your price is not competitive with others. Make the attachments affordable too. Most likely all of this is Made in China but labeled Swedish.
