Feride, who lost her mother at a young age, is brought to Istanbul by her father, a soldier, to live with her grandmother. When her grandmother dies, Feride’s father enrolls her in Notre Dame de Sion French Boarding School, for her to receive a good education. Here, she is nicknamed "Çalıkuşu" because of her mischievous behavior and refusing to get down from the tree in the school garden. She spends her summer vacations with her aunts. Soon after, she also loses her father, and becomes and orphan.
Feride grows up to be a very beautiful young girl. Ever since she was little, she have had secret feelings for her aunt's son Kâmran, who is a few years older than her.

Besime sultana is wrong for opening the main entrance of the mansion to Selim 😮 She still trust the words of Selim after what he did to Necmiye 🙄 Besime is inviting trouble in the 🏡 by letting the crazy doctor in while all men are out fishing 😕 May Allah protect all the women inside the mansion 🙏 and I hope the guys return immediately after catching a few 🐠 This is a lesson for men who are escaping getting drunk instead of facing and solving the root of all problems as soon as possible 😕
