I don't really need to use words like epic or masterpiece anymore when it comes to Lovebites. They are easily my favorite band ever, and that's a big deal to me. I love listening to music, and I've been listening a lot since 1970. So many bands I've considered excellent over the decades - Led Zeppelin, Opeth, Exodus, Slayer, Megadeath, Metallica, Grip Inc, The Tea Party, Power Trip, Meshuggah, and so many more. For 5 ladies to come along at my age and blow me out of the water completely is an incredible feeling. They have settled in at my top spot very comfortably, and I'm pretty sure they will be my favorite until the end. No superlatives truly can explain what they are to me.

This song is an epic masterpiece. I challenge any other metal or rock band to be able to replicate this performance LIVE, and to this level of musicianship.

I feel like Japanese high school or college students with plenty of practice time and a strong 'let's do this!' attitude could surprisingly pull off the instrumentals. However, no one could ever replicate Asami's singing with ballet performance.

As talented as they all are, Miyako is just otherr-worldly. Moving over to play piano flawlessly with a guitar strapped to her chest (While about 4 mos pregnant) & jumping back up to shred with Midori, It's shamefully good. They just know how to compose some really tasty music.

So many wonderful change ups and elements with this song. I love when reactors assume it's going into a guitar solo and than transitions to a piano and acoustic guitar interlude. 😂. So entertaining.

Thanks for reaction to my favorite Lovebites song and performance. Fell immediately in love with the song when i listened to the studioversion. Then they announced the Blu-ray of this concert and i did see this song on the playlist ❤️. They streamed this concert for free on their channel before bringing out the dvd/blu-ray. Beautiful performance. Always got tears at the piano/acoustic guitar section with the beautiful dancing by Asami. It became my favorite song after seeing this performance. They are my favorite band now. Got 5 concerts on Blu-ray. Waiting for nr. 6. Thanks for this reaction.

Good job man. Keep up your good reactions. Brilliant composing, as Mozart could. I taught Myako write the music as in most cases, but i was wrong. It was Asami (with Mao) . They are a brilliant composers, all of them.

This was Asami's(front woman). They told her to write a song about sadness. Nailed it. So good that I would say this is their pinnacle composition in the band's career so far. FWIW, they all can and do compose. Have you heard a bad Lovebites track yet? You won't, they don't have any of those.

Anyone who appreciates music should watch this. Their creative song writing ability is off the charts. They are different from all other bands; can't explain it. Great reaction. A new EP and a live DVD/Blu-ray both will be released on August 28. „LOVEBITES EP II“ will contain new songs and also a re-recording of the band’s debut „THE LOVEBITES EP“ for a limited edition. „Memorial of the Warrior Souls“ is the live recording of last year‘s Tokyo concert during the Judgement Day tour. It features 7 live versions of songs from the „Judgement Day“ album including „Soldier stands solitarily“. And of course also the pre-releases „Rising“ and „We are the resurrection“, which was the opening track for this show.

My personal opinion is that #lovebites metal, has a unique and special sound, which I believe would be virtually impossible for any other band to cover. There are many good bands out there and a lot of great bands as well and a few that can be seen as on another level, but these ladies are so much more than that, they are on a level above another level in every area, from song writing and presentation/production, Asami's mesmerising vocals and stage presence right through to the virtuosity of each and every member of the band, past and present. I'm in love with this band, look gorgeous on stage, brilliant composing, perfect lyrics, not to mention out of this world musicianship. They didn't create music, they create art. I have to go song by song from all LPs and EPs. I taught i heard all of their songs. Find out today a few i never heard before. I heard this one for the first time and i was mesmerized, definitely you have to check it, "The final collision". The word “masterpiece” gets thrown around a lot. But how many true masterpieces are there in the history of rock? A dozen? Maybe 20? Not much more than that. (I would name “A Day in the Life” by the Beatles; “The End” by the Doors; “Bohemian Rhapsody” by Queen; “Kashmir” by Led Zeppelin; “Layla” by Derek and the Dominoes; “The Great Gig in the Sky” by Pink Floyd; “Starless” by King Crimson; “Ghost Love Score” by Nightwish… and maybe a few more.) Few rock groups have ever produced even one masterpiece; most never managed it. In their short existence, Lovebites have already given us three or four, and I would put this performance at the top of the list. Thank you for checking it out.
