So, about the ladies. Singing: Asami (4'10) - also main lyricist - originally RnB singer and dancer. No formal training. Lovebites is her first metal group. Singers and vocal coaches are amazed by her abilities. Twin guitars: M&M, no one comes close regarding synchronizity -- Midori (4'11) is called crazy shredder and she is the extrovert one. Mainly PRS guitars. -- Miyako (5'2) is called golden touch and she is the introvert one. Mainly Dean guitars. Main composer. Also guitar tech nerd. And concert pianist. Drums: Haruna (4'9) - little big engine - founder. Bass: -- Miho (5'0) to 2019 called natural head banger, solid metal and rock bass - using fingers - founder -- Fami (5'3) from 2022 called shining fingers. Fami is a prodigy that have her own KZbin channel that is way bigger than Lovebites channel. New to metal but learning fast. Also using fingers, but more funky stuff and slapping. All ladies, except Fami, are now in their med 30-ies. Fami is 20+.

And, I believe, the only songwriting collab between Miyako and Miho! Hearing this, every time I am almost sad they did not do more together, differing style preferences or not. This song could have come from a laboratory experiment where you merge two minds together and it produces an outcome not normally encountered in the natural world. :)

Lovebites were on tour in Europe this summer, the club concerts started in London and ended in London, after that there were only festivals in Europe where they performed

When you get time over, then Miyako has made a nice three piece series that explains how she compose metal music. It is very enlightening and you get to know Miyako better. She is the introvert one on stage, but in her own channel she is very open. That's often the case when you talk about things you love and can do so at your own pace.

Lovebites came 5 times in UK . 1st in 2017 cadem underworld 2nd in 2018 bloodstock & Islington academy 3nd in 2019 at the download festival 4th in 2019 as opener for DRAGON FORCE 11 concert 12 days ( 11/02/2019 to 11/14/2019) 5th on 2014 2 concert in London ( New Cross Inn & The Garage ). This tour was the first with the new bassist FAMI. we hope a new tour in 2025 in Europe & UK.

So, I have too many favorites! It would be of no help to list them all 😀 But, here is a short list in alphabetical order (Except when noted, find a live one) * A Frozen Serenade (A masterpiece, a total experience) * Break the wall (Thrash!) * Dancing with the devil (So sassy!) * Holy War (Heavy metal as its best!) * Judgement Day (More heavy metal! - best version is the MV) * Pain Killer (Cover - audio only) * Set the world on fire (More thrash!) * Shadow maker (More speed stuff! - best version is the MV) * Solder stand solitary (I do not even know what to call this. Its insane! Might be the best heavy metal that have been made.) * Stand and deliver (The MV is fun when you know them better. They are goofing around and switching instruments and stuff. In normal clothes. When you know them look at this. Its for fans.) * Swan song (with Chopin intro, some high end classical music.) * The Hammer of Wrath (More thrash!) As you can see, even if I try very hard I cannot get it under 10.

7:28 "We're gonna get some sick vocals now, for sure"... RIGHT! But it's going to be the guitar singing! Although everyone, including Miyako herself, states her clear influence from Gary Moore, for me this break in an otherwise extraordinarily heavy song reminds of METALLICA on their first few albums, when Cliff Burton would compose that kind of interludes. Madness is the word!

My favourite thrash song of all time by any band ever. If LOVEBITES released this song in 1985, they would be big as Metallica. Also, the sound volume of the music is too low relative to your microphone volume.
