The whole concert is a revelation man.. One of only couple of handful of gigs I can watch and just be blown away throughout. Miyako's piano brings a tear to the eye..

Great reaction. Well Haruna the 4' 9" drummer is a pocket rocket dynamo who beats those drums like they owe her money from start to finish. Miho/bass is the key that starts this Lamborghini but Haruna is the lead foot who drives it at full speed!!! The guitars Midori and Miyako are completely different in their stage presence and the tone and sound of their instruments yet they mess so well and compliment each other. No other duo harmonizes, battles, riffs or switches from lead to back up as well as these 2 ladies especially LIVE. They are FLAWLESS even LIVE which is amazing to behold. Asami's R & B background really shines in her vocals which are always spot on especially LIVE. She has also become a stage master and front person controlling and interacting with the crowd. These women look like petite models (4' 9" - 5' 1") and have to wear high heels, white dresses and use risers to be seen on stage, BUT once on stage no one stands taller or play metal better than this group of insanely talented women.

Don't you just love the way Miyako, immediately after playing the the last note of the Chopen Etude with her right hand, picks up her pick with her left hand from rhe top of the piano, straps on her Dean Icon and rocks out for the rest of the concert. It is amazing how she can switch almost instantaneouslly from concert pianst to a rock goddess on guitar.

Did you also notice the part of her guitar solo at 06:43 where she literally plays part of the Chopin piece she played on the piano? :-)

@@neilonaniet Hi, yes I was aware of that. I reeally appreciare her classical influences i her compositions with homage to Chopin, Rachmaninoff and I think I have heard some Dvorak. In a recent tweet she describes a dreeam in whic she is sitting at the piano at te beginning of a concert "When I went up to the stage, the orchestra was lined up in a row,and the concert piano Dawn.I was told,"Please Piano Concerto of〇〇", I do not know the song, the sheet music that had been placed is still complicated...I try to play it for the first time, but the audience who go home stunned. I have a dream of this system for the first time in a long time 😞 bad for the heart."

Knowing the effects of stiff fingers in that etude, I actually admire her ability to switch to piano after Break the Wall. Thoroughly professional.

And also, how she tries to control breathing while playing which would be essential for steady playing, but such a huge contrast to what she was doing just a few minutes before as part of the heavily rocking band.

As an older person, i have noticed over the years that many epic rock and metal bands will have a member or members, who are classically trained. Swan Song, is a great example of Miyako's classical skills influencing the music. Thank you for your reaction. Enjoy the rest of Lovebites material. Very difficult to find a 'weak' song, in my view.

you really want to be amazed by Miyako (Dark hair guitarist) and Midori (Blonde hair guitarist) you gotta check out Scream for me one of the greatest guitar battles on stage I have ever seen, the guys from Judas Priest (Tipton, Downing) or Iron Maiden (Murray, Smith) couldn't keep up to these gorgeous babes.
