LOVEBITES has been introduced and evaluated by many reactors as follows. "Similar to Iron Maiden", "Feel the influence of Judas Priest", "Reminds me of Megadeth", "Image of DragonForce", "From Helloween...". . etc It is true that LOVEBITES has grown up paying respect to these seniors. And now my reaction to your reaction. I’m having to wipe blood and gore off my iPad, what remains of your head. In answer to your question, Fami didn’t “handle” this. She grabbed it, stole it and is right now running through the streets of Tokyo with it. You said there was no room for improvement. There was. Bass. This young Lady is the bass equivalent of M&M. Listen to the M&M&M&M solo. Listen to Fami play perfectly along with each individual solo *four different ways* Listen to her run in the the line “This is Judgement Day”. This track was laid down either in conjunction with or immediately following the announcement of her joining the band. No time to work on harmonies etc, except for a few days. She doesn’t need to. She could happily play “The Flight of the Bumblebee” on that beautiful headless signature bass. She’s up there with the likes of Billy Sheehan and Geddy Lee. This song is nothing short of magnificent. If Lovebites don’t become the rulers of planet earth, heavy metal wise, on the strength of the forthcoming album, which is going to make us grovel at their feet, then Earth doesn’t deserve them.

You can clearly hear Fami in the background working with Harunas destruction on the drumms. Asami is fantastic, Midori got like Malmsteen in the second part of the solo-its brutal, Miyako also gets crazy too. They showed once again to all other metal bands that they are just not good enough. Only thing that these girls need to do is better internet markering (maybe hire someone to do that) and a world tour. This is real metal, this is everything that makes metal bad ass. They deserve world glory

About this video, this is what I saw: 3 Asami …. 1 “actress” (great job there!), 1 in white dress and 1 in black dress This is Lovebites 2.0 power unleashed = Lovebites 1.0 + Fami with different bassist style + some Symphonic flavors + Haruna 2x speed + adding “black” to the usual “white” dressing + 2 different set of instruments (one for each white/black color image/frame)

If this is not the reason for the Adrenalin to spurt from the kidneys to drive the heart beat, then go see an endocrinologist. While this is an awesome exhilaration of anticipation, there is that side of me that feel sad and sympathy for these fine elegant ladies. If I were King of the world, I will compensate for contractual loss if these ladies decide to tear up the contract with Victor entertainment. With Judgement Day, if Victor E is still sleeping, then i do not know what else could open their eyes to reality. And if in 2023, Lovebites do not venture out of Japan, then I think best Victor E in deep slumber regress into a Coma and disappear.

I think that Love bites will have millions of subscribers only if rock and metal music suddenly becomes the world mainstream. Or they will suddenly become a fashionable, cult group, which is quite possible and more likely. Their music is too complex, and the instrumental parts are too rich for these very millions. Now Love bites has a rather specific fan base. For the most part, age-old fans of rock and metal.

Lovebites 2.0, this song Judgement Day - what I am about to say I considered impossible: Lovebites has leveled up. Look back at their catalog, and there is no way they could get any better. Well they have (based on this one song) across the board.... 1. Fami's technical ability has pushed Lovebites forward. There's a reason why Miyako & Midori aren't way out in front of the song. They are reeled in a bit, and Fami (the bass) got pushed forward. Fami can chug right along with Haruna, but she brings a whole new element into the band. She can move away from Haruna, and get in lockstep with Miyako & Midori and play in line with them. The solo run is incredible, as Fami is playing at the same speed as M & M feeling more a part of the solo instead of being it's backbone. 2. Asami's voice is the best I've ever heard from her, and that's saying a lot because her voice on previous works is spectacular. Her voice in this song is as powerful as I've heard. She has an edge. And that vocal ending - that shouldn't be legal. 3. Haruna has definitely upped her game. Not only does she never stop, but in this song her cymbal work is off the charts. She keeps the fast beat yet throws in all sorts of little fills and other Haruna things. 4. Midori - she is "The Shredded Shredder". She brought her guns to Lovebites 2.0. Her solos are epic, but this might be her best yet. So tight and fast, blazing fast. And yet she still doesn't make it look that difficult to do. 5. Miyako - she said during hiatus she was going to work on her speed. Yup, she worked on her speed. She shredded out on her solos while still adding a tinge of melody. It's perfect for this incredibly fast and heavy song. I had a top 3 favorite Lovebites songs list - The Awakening/The Hammer of Wrath (my favorite), Break the Wall, and Winds of Transylvania. Right now I have a top 4 list because I cannot omit any of these songs. Judgement Day just might become my favorite, which is weird to me. Why? In 50+ years I've only had 3 favorite songs ever. Songs by Zeppelin in 1971, then Opeth in 2005, and Lovebites in 2022. Now here I am less than a year later already having a 4th all-time favorite song. Lovebites just may keep that list growing. Asami wrote this song. She wrote Winds of Transylvania. Both songs have a similar structure. Both songs are controlled chaos at its finest.

This song reminds me of Symphony-X style, which is my favorite. The video is awesome! As for Fami... she's doing amazing so far. I am excited to see her on stage with the band. They have a couple of shows coming up in March. EX Theater Roppongi. We all expect them to be filming there, for a later DVD/Blu-ray release. I hope they are able to play more shows in 2023, even if they remain in Japan. Lovebites needs a world tour. It will happen, but it's certainly not happening fast enough to make all the fans happy. Having said that, we will wait as long as it takes.

again with so many reactors, you have only done 8 songs of Lovebites and don't really know much about them as a true fan that absolutely loves the amazing Ladies. 8 songs out of 50+ songs in order to seriously appreciate what this band does I strongly suggest you do more than just a handful and get out of the popular mainstream rut you're in and prepare yourself for a real treat. In most cases I would just chalk that up to the industry. But in Lovebites case that is a travesty. Without a real push, not just from fans from KZbin, they are not given the chance to be legendary. I apologize to no one when I say that Lovebites are as good (probably better - just my personal opinion) than all the legends like Priest, Maiden, Slayer, Dream Theater, etc etc. Lovebites blends so many elements into what I feel is a unique sound. They deserve MUCH more visibility.
