This was the first LOVEBITES Song I ever heard, back in 2022. A Freind came back to Germany from a Business-Trip from Tokyo. The first thing he showed me, was exacly this Video on YT. Within a few seconds I had a new favorite Metal Band, and I´m addicted since. 🤘🐺🤘

This is an example of how good this group is. Nothing wrong with the songs you picked but the only one I would consider a favorite would be Set the World on Fire. What I am saying is that they have so many good songs, there are too many to agree on what is best. LOL.

Indeed, this is the original bassist Miho at the 2020 "Five Of A Kind" tour. She left in August 2021. Fami joined the band in October 2022.

Aren't they on a tour next summer, doing rock festivals in Spain, France and the USA, Atlanta GA Sept 4th. Hoping they schedule some small venues while here in the USA. I would drive out from California to see them. Also catch a SEC football game while out there.

Lovebites won't let you down! You might yet find another favorite song in December! They're amazing. I suggest Thunder Vengeance or Break the Wall, also from this show, as a next listen! My favorite band, and the best metal band in the world imho. I agree with you that they need a world tour. They should be known thew world over - and they are - but in a much bigger way.

This was pre-Covid, a few days before the lockdowns were enforced. One of their last shows without restrictions until March 2023. They were able to do a small tour in 2021 under very strict rules, that were the last few concerts with Miho. They released one of these shows as „Heavy Metal Never Dies“. Search for „Set the world on fire“ or „A Frozen Serenade“ from this show for your next reactions.

If you like Lovebites you must also check Band-Maid, another Japanese all-female band at the same level of musicality. I would describe them as progressive metal/hardrock as it's hard to nail them down at one genre because they are extremely versatile.
