Yes exactly!! There were a lot of people who surprise me because their interests differ so much from what I would expect with the way they look and act, and I know many others also have this experience every now and then! Like I didn’t expect that one guy to be so into the rave scene because he seemed to me like someone who’s into more mainstream stuff, and I also thought he was a photographer or a writer or something. Then the very awkward guy was really an adventurous guy who’s so into the outdoors which really surprised me a lot. And I also thought that girl with the sweater was sort of preppy, but she’s a horror writer and makes folk music which I thought was so cool and I suddenly vibed with her a lot. Things like these are so interesting to me, it’s always so nice to learn about just how different people are from how you perceive them.
