WELCOME TO THE 21-DAY GOSHEN PRAYER AND FASTING EXERCISE
DURATION: JANUARY 7 - 27, 2024
💥FASTING GUIDELINES
🔥Fasting starts at 12 midnight and ends at 4:00pm each day.
🔥There should be total abstinence from food.
🔥Water may be taken at intervals to avoid dehydration.
🔥Use ‘Heaven on Earth’ devotional daily for meditation, study and prayer guide.
🔥Read at least 3 Chapters from the Epistles daily. Use the Bible Reading plan of Heaven on Earth devotional for this.
🔥Make plans to pray in the spirit for at least one hour cummulative daily.
Declare the 2024 CONFESSION over yourself at least three times daily.
🔥In the spirit of the fast, spend less time on social media, watching TV, etc.
🔥There will be four online Word & Prayer sessions daily during the fast led by Dr. Kay Ijisesan & other Senior Pastors. You are encouraged to participate in at least two sessions daily.
Use Mixlr App & KZbin to connect to these sessions.
Mixlr Sessions: 6am WAT & 7am CST.
KZbin Sessions: 7pm WAT & 7pm CST.
For Europe & Africa Participants 6am WAT (Mixlr) & 7pm WAT (KZbin) recommended.
For North America Participants 7am CST (Mixlr) & 7pm CST (KZbin) recommended.
However, you are free to connect to all the sessions regardless of where you are resident.
🔥Remember to consciously minister to the poor and needy during the fasting exercise.
