1st Timothy chapter 5 explained. God's order in the local congregation. Young women shall get marry, bear children and manage households in order to stop the adversary from speaking reproachfully.
Widows and elders are also important in this chapter. Satan is walking around trying to convince people to depart from God's ways, thus Paul speaks clearly about how the local congregation need to behave.
