As of today in the year 2021. A so called pastor prayed to a pagan god lumping in what seems like a Christian prayer. I was reminded of this book don’t know why but it just made sense.

I have been using the CJ study bible & I am really cheesed off at the changes they have made to Scripture. I also have my ESV open & it is more in line with what you are saying. So next year I am back to the ESV. I liked this bible as it gave me room on the pages for my comments but my page is full with all the correcting I have had to do listening to these podcasts so far. No wonder I can't understand it properly just reading it through on my own - that was why I decided to listen to your commentary as I read it. Thank you for preaching these in English for all of us poor folk who are gentiles in a Greek world.

What translation is he using my Bible and other translation in verse 4 seem completely different. The ways it’s translated it seems like God is saying don’t rebuke or blame others. Not that they don’t want to rebuke but that He’s calling out hypocrisy
