It's up to the roleplayer to create or participate in stories. The mechanics are just there to simply support people with their RP. I can see why Marty and Larry joined Lang's gang now because there's usually meaningful and fun roleplay happening there.

The only person to blame for Besties being dead is AK. That dude sucks the fun out of everything and seems to be a control freak and he's not even around a shit ton. OTT went to the Bestiest looking to be a hangaround and AK shot it down. Let the shit RP out, if OTT doesnt fit then kick him thats content! If it works then u just gained someone with prio who's around consistantly and works hard. Poor OP and Vidal have been around for how long and they havent been given a chance either even tho they're more members than the people who dont wake up often.

Imagine if Julian wasn't shunned by 4head and AK. Imagine if Jade was appreciated for growing and they bought 1 more house what the rep would have been before the changes. Imagine if they had all that product to sell and sellers stayed in LS. Imagine Lenny having people around to sell with NA. Imagine if they let Kevin create his NA heist crew with JanJan in the gang. Imagine if OP and Vidal were allowed to be hang arounds. Now ask yourself why none of these things happened. People don't allow RP to happen, so RP dies. No relationship within the gang, stops RP, Stops gang. Julian/jade, idiot/Rissa, RJ/Janjan, Ming/Fanfan, people want to RP without holding on to some Marty rule that even he broke himself over and over. No relationship within the gang because it makes drama, but future yelling and screaming at everyone in gang is ok because its drama. Ming allows people to be themselves, they just suffer consequences of bad decisions. AK only wants Cerberus in the southside RP and 4head just wants to clown. Why is anyone surprised no one wants to wake up? They can't even RP how they want without admin approval. Sounds like hell to me.

Julian and jade quit growing on there own accord. Kevin failed getting his own crew during NA on his own accord. You're blaming 4head for other peoples failures out of some weird hatred. 4head wasn't even dealing with Julian and Jade anymore at the moment they quit it was Future. 4head gave Kevin the greenlight to start his own crew at no point did he tell him he couldn't. Kevin just didn't have the charisma to sway people. There is no rule about no relationships in the group and almost everyone is in one so again weird take. Ming and Fanny have done there own thing for months without 4head or AKs involvement and chose to not roleplay other then treating the server as a dating sim grinding fest. Shifting blame of bad gang members to the few that are actually active and create new roleplay everyday.

He had them start growing for him under the idea that it would be cheaper to grow the weed in house. 4head forced them to kick out one of their room mates and he paid for the equipment to start the grow house. Then when 4head picked up the first batch of weed he immediately made it awkward because they thought 4head would pay a similar price to what he was before to pay for their labor, and he said something like “Why would I do that, the whole point of bringing this into the gang was to lower the price.” At which point he offered to pay like half the price as well as paying for the planters/electricity. Then a couple weeks later when AK is being rude to Jade and kicking her out of meetings, Jade explodes because she is simultaneously getting paid like she is a gang member without any of the benefits that come with being a gang member. So Julian stopped hanging around the gang since he wasn’t allowed to bring Jade along. 4Head did ruin Kevin’s heist crew because its super easy to get 4 people that want to do heists. The only role in a heist that is hard to find is the hackers, so 4Head reacting that way to January forced her to look for other options and delayed her decision for weeks. (Longer than her planned break from RP) Just look at how useless the Besties are at doing Maze Bank when Ming and Fanny aren’t around. They struggle to even complete cash exchanges. So naturally since farming came out around the same time, Kevin decided to pivot his attention into farming. At the same time, 4heads weed operation fell apart and he ended up dropping the price of weed anyway. So the entire reason why 4head ruined the Besties’ relationship with January, doesn’t exist anymore.

The people who dont wake up, should lose civ/crim prio and be forced to play cops. Main reason for that is because they are not roleplayers they can not create a storyline if their life depended on it let alone introduce themselves to new characters and people. If they play cop then the content and rp come to them. They dont have to do any work on roleplaying and the city gets cops. Problem solved.
