When youre not great at reading sometimes its easier to just get the first note from the music. I like F13 on the resolve after the e flat and C7 and for 625 take it up a minor 3rd and back down cause it feels bluesy.... Etta James is on my playlist so when I hear the hook, it goes up as well but I like how it sounds as written here
