I do this every morning that I'm making breakfast, instead of doing my floor crunches....this replaces my reverse and front ab crunches, as I cannot be on the ground when I'm cooking.

Equii Diana I’m not an expert by any means or a certified fitness instructor; however I have been doing research myself for abs and the information I have retained from the videos is that your abs are in layers. It takes proper diet and exercise (and of course motivation) to see results. Depending on the kind of workouts and diet you do will target different areas and give different results. I would recommend talking to an actual fitness trainer and see if you can come up with a diet and workout routine that will benefit you and your body needs and help reach your goal.

Emmeleigh is totally right! Abs need good nutrition and exercises to really start showing up. But the muscles themselves will grow after a few weeks of consistency :)

Zoë Walker I suggest to workout before breakfast because you haven't eaten anything (when u wake up you can just drink a glass of water & maybe a banana something that won't get you that full) and you won't feel bad after the workout:)

Sometimes that will happen if the muscles in your legs are a lot stronger than the muscles in your abs, or if your legs are really tight! Make sure you are stretching before - that might help!

"Come On Girls"!?!? At 7:30, you say "come on girls"! Nowhere in your description does it read "ladies only". I'm getting tired of this happening. I just did your workout and I don't have a vagina! Why post such a generic workout just for women, particularly when you're as easy on the eyes as you are, and I'm gay? I'm confused by this.

Hi Dave! LSF is a women's community, so the workouts are focused on female for sure. That said, of course they are great for anyone and my husband does them all the time too!
