My daughters are part German and Indigenous Native American and are physically Strong… please be careful when lifting. My oldest daughter’s Physical Education Teacher use to use her as a motivation to the other students because she could lift enormous weights and I found out later…it could of hurt her back. Please do the stretches and use caution when doing strenuous activities. Love you dear.

Unterschiede zu Kimchi sind die Arten des verwendeten Kohls und dass bei Kimchi von vornherein jede Menge Zutaten zugegeben werden wie zB Sojasauce, Chiliflocken, Zucker, Zwiebeln usw. Sauerkraut wird daher auch eher nicht "roh" verzehrt, sondern vorher noch zeitaufwändig gedünstet, mit angebratenen Zwiebeln usw.
