Bumblestripe is different though, of course he was the nicest Tom in the clan, but he had asked Dovewing for kits several different times. Thrushpelt had a crush on Bluefur but never asked for kits and offered to help raise Mistykit Stonekit and Mosskit as Oakheart was a a RiverClan cat. Bumblestripe is still devastated while Thrushpelt took it like it was and he still loved Bluefur for who she was.

The more times I watch this, the sadder it makes me. I can really feel Spottedstar's remorse for what happened. She has to listen to other cats make up horrible stories about a cats that used to be her best friend and an incredible warrior. She knows the truth but no one would ever feel the same as her, even if they knew. This is a beautiful piece of work and I thank you for blessing us with it!

You know, I think the cats in the video aren't just some cats in the clan. The keeper telling the "horror story about Goldenpelt" is Patchwind (Spottedshadow and Wildfur's daughter), the tom sleeping next to her is Sootfeather (Patchwind's mate), and their kittens, Bright and Raven. So they're all family there. I guess so, because they have a very similar design.

Here’s what I think happened: We know that Spotty loves Wildfur, not Goldenpelt, but Goldenpelt loves her. So, one day, Goldenpelt attacked Spottedstar, probably just because he’d finally snapped at the fact that he was “nothing but kind” to Spottedstar and she still chose a Shadowclan cat over him. At some point during the fight, when Goldenpelt is nearly defeated, I think he might’ve threatened her or her family or Wildfur, and she killed him because of that? Either that or she accidentally killed him. I think Wildfur joins Windclan, her clan is very mad at her for killing Goldenpelt and loving Wildfur, so Spotty makes up a bunch of lies about how evil Goldenpelt was, to try and get them to forgive her, and I guess it probably works bc she ends up gaining their trust enough to become leader. Because of the lies she’s told, the clans fear Goldenpelt and decide to call him “Bloodpelt”, and tell kits to behave or he’ll come for them. Then obviously Spotty dies and visits the dark forest asking him to forgive him, but he refuses. That’s just my speculation as to what happened.

golden was manipulative and possessive, he stopped spotted from going to gatherings because of his jealousy, and he tried to kill her because he didn't love her back. he was the one that attacked her, and why would there be another reason than not to kill her? there's no justification for any of that.
