If it were done in Spanish, we could take this story seriously. That would of sucked. It's an amazing parody from jump to start. Thank You "Sir Pablo Escobar."...😆😁

As bad as this movie may or may not be(I don’t know; I haven’t watched it) people keep holding up Narcos as the best alternative to it but Narcos also took a ton of liberties with the truth in an effort to dramatize it, which is funny because the actual story is filled with enough drama. You can like Narcos but your argument can’t be that Narcos is just this 100% true retelling of Pablo’s life when that’s literally not even remotely true.

I lived in Colombia at this time and I disagree. The best film about what happened back then is "Patrón del Mal", which was also on Netflix for a while... it's the closest to reality. Although Waner Moura was good, I could hear his foreign accent. As for Loving Pablo, it glossed over a lot of what actually happened, but Penélope Cruz and Javier Bardem were phenomenal. Penélope Cruz is Spanish but the way she did the Colombian accent was so good! She spoke English like a Colombian would, not just putting on a Spanish accent in English.

Did pablo escobar really has an affair with a reporter in real. Life please tell me i havent watch the movie yet
@CommanderLongJohn4 жыл бұрын
@@magnolia3521 Yes he did but it was mainly due to her connections as a journalist, he was just using her to further his political interests and keep his reputation solid. You should watch Narcos on Netflix instead, it has few faults/inaccuracies and depicts the entire story (over a span of two seasons vs 2 hours) extremely well, plus it goes on for another season with the Cali Cartel, and then Narcos Mexico (which starts in the late 1970s, ends in '89 but the next season will pick up in the 90s, intertwining with Season 3 of Narcos Colombia) which has one of Pablo's best scenes in it.

@@CommanderLongJohn No Narcos! Don’t watch Narcos, the only Show that is accurate about the Life of Pablo Escobar is “El Patron del Mal” on Netflix!

@@Kardasi yeah but that one felt like a bad comedy lol, still enjoyed it though.

Penelope does an acceptable good colombian accent. The movie sucks, but she does a good work.

That's not an accent. That's how she speaks in real life...
