Hi Alan, what is the price of the fuel? I should imagine it pretty cheap.

Petroleum is deregulated. pH has 1 refinery left. Most finished fuels are imported from Singapore, Korea, China, etc.. So our fuel is at international quality standards. ( Rare issues with substandard fuel in general. ) Within 100 km of Manila, the price of Diesel is around USD 1.10 per Litre. Unleaded 10% Ethanol Gasoline USD 1.25 per litre. By law, gasoline must have 10% ethanol.. On smaller islands, because of transport costs, fuel can be 10-20% higher. Where Alan is, main island of Mindanao, they usually have slightly lower prices because of proximity to Singapore.
