Pile 1, thank you for being straightforward, Katya. If you weren't, my mind would play games with me again and convince me there was something else I needed to do here. Your scenario about holding on to the dead body may have been intense but it described how trapped I feel perfectly and was actually VERY very validating and cathartic. I don't have anyone to talk to about this, I feel very alone and stuck and helpless, and it's been years being in this loop. But I can feel so strongly where I'm being pulled, I just keep thinking it's not the right time or I need to wait for something else. This was the confirmation I needed. Just like you mention, if the message was meant to come out harshly, there's a reason for it, that's definitely the case here.

Pile 2 : It's the situation with my sister. I'm at my wits end with trying to heal our relation, trying to understand her and find a harmonious way of dealing with her. Morning she'd be all nice and warm, evening she could be spewing the most hurtful words and insults. I don't know where do I stand with her... are we good or not. I try to give her the benefit of doubt, given her life situation, but it seems all effort is unilateral. And it's exhausting, frustrating. Really sorry to know your situation. I pray that may you receive all the strength to go through all this. As you said that you need him so ask yourself that why do you need him ?? Which needs were been fulfilled by him.. For example he was taking care of your emotional needs then find someone healthy who would fulfill that need of yours. If you are desiring to fulfill that need of yours through him that means you are emotionally or mentally or physically attached to him and you need to practice Detachment. Build self confidence and self worth. When you need someone you depend on that person to get something from that person that's called codependency and when the person doesn't love you back or treats you badly you start seeing yourself through their eyes and keep feeling horrible. Don't let anybody define who you are and take the charge of your life. Also,nobody has taken birth to love us..only if someone wants to love us they can.
